Steffany began dance and tumbling at the age of 3 and started cheering for Bantam Football at age 6. She was awarded the Gold Medal at the state gymnastics meet for level 5 uneven parallel bars when she was nine years old. She is a graduate of Greenwood High School where she was a cheerleader from grades 6-12. Steffany was the first freshman to cheer on the Junior Varsity squad at Greenwood, a Varsity cheerleader for 3 years, and Most Valuable Cheerleader in 1999. She was also a 5-time NCA All American Cheerleader chosen to travel to Hawaii during her junior year to perform in the Aloha Bowl and Oahu Bowl. She loves working with kids and helping out her big sister, Tiffany.

Steffany graduated from Butler University as a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2006. While attending Butler she was a member of the cheerleading squad. Steffany loved cheering at Hinkle and also enjoyed traveling with the basketball team during the NCAA tournament.  Steffany was also an instructor for the National Cheerleading Association for 2 years and had the chance to teach camps with Tiffany as her head instructor. Steffany is a pharmacist for Meijer and recently became a mother!  Her daughter Ella was born on 4-21-11.  Steffany has been an instructor at Tiffanys since 2002 and looks forward to many more years!



Stephanie Dee

CPR & First Aid Certified

 Cheer/Tumbling Instructor & CC Coach

Stephanie is from Fort Wayne, IN with a background in cheer and gymnastics.  Stephanie took gymnastics for 7 years and was a cheerleader 7th grade and up!  Stephanie was  an NCA All-American cheerleader 01 & 02, she was named NCA TOP ALL AMERICAN at camp.  Other awards Stephanie earned while cheering at Homestead High School were 2003 Indiana All-State Academic Cheer Team, 2002 Northeast Hoosier Conference 1st Team All-Conference & was selected to work for NCA her senior year of High School. 

 Stephanie then went on to become a NCA Staff member & Judge 2003-2005.  After High School Stephanie attend Indiana University.  Stephanie was a IU cheerleader on the all girl team 2003-2004.  She had the opportunity to go to the 2004 UCA College Nationals where IU placed 3rd in the Division IA All Girl division.  While Stephanie was attending IU she was on the Dean's list (all semesters) & many other academic awards! 

Stephanie graduated in 2006 from IU where she majored in Exercise Science and minored in Nutrition Science. She has is a full time physical Therapist in Indy!  :)  Stephanie enjoys teaching at Tiffany’s and is excited to bring her stretching expertise to the program!  Stephanie has been a coach at Tiffany’s since 2008.


Jonathan Espinosa

Cheer/Tumbling Instructor L4 & L5

     Jonathan Espinosa comes to Tiffany's with over ten years of experience in the cheer leading industry.  Coming from Miami,Fl.  He cheered at Coral Gables High School and cheered for Top Gun all-stars. Jonathan went to the University of Miami and Miami Dade College where he studied music production.  During his time in college he played lead trumpet for the "Band Of The Hour", the University of Miami's marching band .  He coached at Coral Gables High School, Miami Springs High School, Hialeah High School and Hialeah Miami Lakes High School.  He also made a huge impact on the all-star scene coaching with Prymus Angles All Stars,of Miami, FL, Five star athletics, of Miami, FL, and head coaching Center Stage cheer and dance of Miami, FL.  With a strong mind for tumbling innovative stunts pyramids and Choreography Jonathan brings a Spanish flare to the program.  He also owns his own cheer music production company that is internationally known. His company does music for teams in countries such as Ireland and Canada, as well as numerous teams across the US. Jonathan joined Tiffany's Staff in 2011 and is looking forward to another year.

Whitney Nord
Dance & Cheer Instructor, Dance Champions Pom Coach

Whitney is from Ferdinand, IN with a background in cheerleading, dance, and gymnastics. Whitney started gymnastics when she was 3 and took it for 15 years. She was a cheerleader 5th -12th grade for her school. Whitney was an NCA All-American cheerleader in 2003 and 2004. She also had the honor of being selected to be an NCA Staff member for two years all across the country.  

Whitney attended Indiana State University and graduated in 2009. While attending Indiana State, Whitney danced all four years and was captain of the dance team. She was also involved in many other activities on and off of campus. She majored in Elementary and Special Education and is now teaching Special Education at an inner-city school in Indianapolis.

Whitney also had the privilege to dance for the Indiana Pacers and live out her dancing dreams. She was an Indiana Pacemate in 2009-2010. Whitney was able to be with children, the community, and dance for thousands of fans.

Whitney joined Tiffany's Staff in 2011 and looks forward to another great year!

Jenny Crowe
Cheer/Tumbling Instructor
Jenny started cheering in 6th grade and continued until her freshman year of high school for Carmel sports teams. In high school she began competitive cheerleading with the Carmel All-Stars team. Jenny taught tumbling classes and coached a junior squad for Carmel All-Stars until graduating high school. Jenny graduated from Indiana State University in 2007.  Jenny started  coaching at Tiffany's in 2012.  Jenny is also the 7 & 8th grade cheerleading coach at Clark Pleasant MS.

Jessica Long

Jessica Long was an instructor at Tiffany's for years a while back. She was a cheerleader at Ball State University & a Colts Cheerleader.  Jessica had to give up coaching at Tiffany's when she took a new job, but is glad to be back!  She was able to return in 2014!  She also is now the 7th grade Greenwood Middle School Cheerleading Coach.

Jordon Orndorff

 Jordan grew up in Terre haute indiana, where  he started his cheerleading career in 2000 with Terre haute thunder.  Since then he went on to cheer for other squads such As JAGS all star and Rock Solid all stars.  He coached a little in 2005 with Elite Energy all stars & guest coached for Indiana Creek High School.  Currently he is the Greenwood Middle School 6th grade Cheerleading Coach.  He began coaching for Tiffany's in 2013 & the students love working with him! Jordan looks forward to meeting each and every parent and working side by side with the amazing athletes cheer champions has to offer!

Morgan Rhoades
Student Staff Instructor for Cheer & Dance.
Morgan Rhoades has been a student at Tiffanys since 2003.  Morgan was on Tiffanys first Cheer Champions team!  She is excited to be a student instructor this year!  Morgan has been a cheerleader for Franklin since 6th grade.  She is currently on the Franklin High School Varsity Cheer team. Morgan was also recently selected to represent the state of Indiana on the Indiana State Cheerleading Team.  She was one of 12 to be selected and will receive a scholarship along with being placed on Franklin High School's wall of Fame.  Morgan was also recently awarded NCA All American at camp as well as a NCA Staff Application.  We are proud of her accomplishments and are happy to have her as an instructor at Tiffany's!
 
Gwen Feldmeyer
Student Staff Instructor for Cheer & Dance.

Gwen has enjoyed being a student at Tiffany's for 9 years.  This will be her second year coaching.  She loves being a positive role model and sharing her skills and experience with the younger students.  During her years atTiffanys, she has competed on multiple cheer and dance teams and remains undefeated in the solo dance category.  She has received the Celebrity Standout Award 3 consecutive years at the LIVE Competition.
 
Gwen was a Freshmen Center Grove High School Cheerleader.  At UCA summer camp she was awarded "All Star" Cheerleader and best jumper in 2012.  Gwen was recently a part of the Indiana Fever Inferno WNBA Dance Team for 2013.
 
Gwen welcomes the opportunity to work with the younger teams again this year.   We are lucky to have such a talented cheerleader, dancer, and Instructor at Tiffany's!


Kayla Ponchot

Kayla is currently a Substitute Teacher at Tiffanys.

     Kayla Ponchot is certified by USASF in cheer and tumbling for levels 1-4 USASF All-Star Cheerleading.  Kayla began taking gymnastics and dance at the tender age of 4. Then in middle school, Kayla shifted her focus to cheerleading. Kayla cheered throughout her middle school and high school career. While cheering she received several awards:ä time NCA-All American, ICA Best Cheerleader, 3 time ICA Best Jumper, Team Captain, Most Valuable Cheerleader, and she lead her high school team to several competitive awards. 

     After graduating high school, Kayla took her talents to NCA and Ball State. Kayla graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education.  This is where Kayla met Tiffany. She served as an NCA instructor and Ball State cheerleader for 2 years!! Upon graduating from Ball State, Kayla moved to St. Louis, Missouri and began her career as a Kindergarten and First Grade teacher. Her graduated from school in St. Louis and decided to return to Indiana this past summer. Kayla teaches Third Grade in Perry Township.

     After devoting her life to active cheerleading for over 10 years, Kayla hung up her pom-poms and began working as a coach and choreographer. Kayla spent her time choreographing competition routines and volunteering her expertise across the mid-west after her college years.  Kayla has been a coach at Tiffany’s since 2006. Kayla recently had to take a leave of absence from Tiffany's...she will be a substitute teacher for the time being!
