Tiffany's Cheer & Dance Studio offers many different adult exercises classes just for you! You can drop off your child for their cheer, dance, or tumbling class and you can get a work out in all in one stop!! :) What a great deal! :) These work out classes are open to the public as well! You dont have to have a child enrolled in our program to take our classes! Everyone is welcome!

Or you can take a single exercise class for $5.00/single class!!
Strength & Conditioning

This class is a Total body work out. Targeting every muscle group to burn fat and build lean muscle. We Use free weights and a lot of repetitions.
